Teams at Constructor

Design the demo and onboarding experiences for Constructor's e-commerce product discovery platform. Own visual strategy, map interactions for AI/LLM features, produce high-fidelity mockups and assets, and ensure designs scale within the company design system to help customers go live faster.

Develop and expand Constructor’s partner ecosystem across the UK and DACH by building relationships with systems integrators, agencies, ISVs, and technology partners. The role owns partner onboarding, activation, go-to-market strategies, executive engagement, and collaboration with sales leadership to drive partner-sourced revenue and successful ecommerce client deployments.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise ecommerce clients from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Build executive relationships, understand customer goals, demonstrate product and economic value, identify and mitigate account risks, lead renewals and upsells, and educate clients on new use cases and integrations. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams while maintaining accurate customer health, renewal, and expansion records.
