Provide executive support to the President for Türkiye & the Balkans while executing regional strategy: manage calendar, meetings, travel, and follow-ups; track strategic initiatives, sales pipeline, and cross-functional coordination; prepare executive presentations and reports; act as a communication bridge between the President and teams.

Supports recruitment, onboarding, employee records, HR databases, events, training, engagement activities, documentation, policy research, payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee inquiries. The role provides hands-on exposure to international HR operations and requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

Design and improve educational products through user research, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces, usability validation, and data-informed iteration. The role contributes to scalable design systems, investigates complex customer-reported issues, presents concepts to stakeholders, and collaborates with cross-functional product and business teams. Candidates need strong Figma skills, a detailed portfolio of launched products, experience improving live products, and B2+ English proficiency.
