Constructive Bio seeks talented individuals for various roles in molecular biology, biochemistry, bioinformatics, and related fields to join their growing team.

Lead and deliver internal and collaborative biotech projects, including Innovate UK grants and drug development programs. Coordinate cross-functional teams, track budgets and timelines, manage risks, ensure grant and regulatory compliance, prepare regulatory submissions, and oversee external partnerships to meet project objectives.

Perform tRNA display and aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase/tRNA selection experiments, optimize display pipelines, troubleshoot protocols, maintain detailed electronic lab notebooks, and contribute to team meetings to advance genetic code expansion discovery.
