Coordinates heavy equipment sales transactions from factory order through delivery. Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, tracking equipment, managing inventory and costs in Flyntlok, reconciling manufacturer invoices, maintaining documentation, supporting warranty registration, ensuring sales compliance, reporting equipment status, and coordinating with Sales, Accounting, Warranty, manufacturers, and leadership.

Train in heavy equipment sales and rental operations by supporting rental, sales, parts, and service teams. Learn equipment features, rental quoting and documentation, yard operations, customer communication, deliveries/pickups, CRM/quoting systems, and sales/territory skills. Participate in jobsite visits, equipment demos, and customer follow-up with goal to transition into a full sales role.

Entry-level role to learn heavy-equipment rental and sales. Support rental operations, assist customers with equipment selection, prepare quotes and documentation, coordinate deliveries and returns, attend jobsite visits and demos, and develop sales, negotiation, and CRM skills with mentorship toward a full sales role.
