Manage treasury operations, daily funding transactions, cash positioning, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, and financial reporting for an invoice factoring and early-pay program. Monitor credit facilities, covenants, borrowing bases, and funding availability while partnering with Credit, Risk, Product, and Engineering teams. Improve payment workflows through automation, maintain financial controls, resolve discrepancies, and support internal and external audits in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Owns credit underwriting and portfolio risk for construction finance and receivable financing products. Builds the company-wide risk framework, underwriting policies, controls, monitoring systems, risk grading, concentration limits, stress testing, and loss mitigation processes. Leads risk assessments across clients and counterparties while partnering with Credit, Sales, Legal, Product, and Engineering. Provides strategic leadership, builds the risk organization, and balances portfolio protection with growth and scalable originations.
