Drive Constrafor’s Early Pay Program through channel sales partnerships. Recruit and manage construction technology, accounting, insurance, and industry partners; enable co-selling and co-marketing; close referred subcontractor enrollments; explain financing options; support onboarding; attend industry events; maintain partner and sales pipelines; and achieve enrollment and partner acquisition targets.

Own demand generation for Constrafor’s Early Pay Program and Cru.ai, developing positioning, managing multi-channel campaigns, and driving measurable pipeline and revenue. Responsibilities include paid search and social, email nurturing, content, webinars, account-based marketing, events, partner programs, CRM and marketing automation management, funnel reporting, experimentation, and sales alignment. The role also provides subcontractor market insights to Product and Sales.
