Lead company-wide operations as the CEO's internal counterpart, translating strategy into executable plans, building operating systems (KPIs, OKRs, governance), managing financial operations, risk and compliance, driving cross-functional alignment, scaling organizational structure and resilience, and acting as a Board-facing operational leader.

Develop, validate, and maintain high-reliability onboard flight software for a satellite constellation. Define software architecture, implement FDIR strategies, manage requirements and configuration, coordinate suppliers, perform verification/validation in flatsat and simulation environments, support in-orbit software updates, and investigate software anomalies to ensure mission safety and reliability.

Lead and maintain Flight Software Product Assurance for flight and ground software across the satellite constellation. Define PA program, enforce configuration management, oversee V&V and testing strategies, manage anomalies, support AIT, coordinate supplier deliveries, participate in subcontractor reviews, and embed robust quality and safety practices throughout the software lifecycle.
