Lead and coordinate government- and institution-funded satellite programs, managing schedule, cost, risk, quality, and procurement. Develop compliant public procurement strategies, negotiate and place contracts, build supplier relationships, ensure auditability and regulatory compliance, interface with agencies and primes, and align procurement to long-term satellite roadmaps.

Lead and maintain Flight Software Product Assurance for flight and ground software across the satellite constellation. Define PA program, enforce configuration management, oversee V&V and testing strategies, manage anomalies, support AIT, coordinate supplier deliveries, participate in subcontractor reviews, and embed robust quality and safety practices throughout the software lifecycle.

Develop, validate, and maintain high-reliability onboard flight software for a satellite constellation. Define software architecture, implement FDIR strategies, manage requirements and configuration, coordinate suppliers, perform verification/validation in flatsat and simulation environments, support in-orbit software updates, and investigate software anomalies to ensure mission safety and reliability.
