Provides part-time facility security support, including access control, visitor processing, badge issuance, personnel security paperwork, foreign travel reporting, records maintenance, bag inspections, SCIF patrols, alarm monitoring, and security training coordination. The role also handles front desk calls, meetings, safety equipment, metrics, and detailed reports while meeting physical requirements such as standing, walking, stair climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Manages full-cycle recruiting for federal government contract positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding transitions. Builds talent pipelines, supports high-volume and hard-to-fill roles, and partners with hiring managers, Security, HR, and Operations. Maintains ATS compliance, analyzes recruiting metrics, supports OFCCP requirements, represents the company at hiring events, and recommends process improvements using recruiting technologies and AI-enabled tools.

Provides technical and operational expertise for counter-unmanned aircraft system training, integration, testing, exercises, demonstrations, site assessments, and range operations. Evaluates layered C-UAS defenses, operates and troubleshoots systems, advises customers, develops operational procedures and training materials, analyzes performance, and supports threat replication. The role involves field conditions, irregular part-time assignments, periodic domestic and international travel, and coordination with military, government, law enforcement, engineering, vendor, and range personnel.
