Lead day-to-day SOC operations, oversee CCTV/ACS/VMS, manage personnel and training, produce intelligence and incident reports, develop SOC SOPs, coordinate with guard forces, conduct threat assessments and investigations, and brief leadership on security posture.

The Program Manager oversees program management and serves as the primary contact for clients and personnel, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and managing security operations centers.

Manage administrative, compliance, payroll/billing, records, and fleet functions for Protective Force contract at a national lab. Maintain audit-ready documentation, training and personnel files, MVS data handling, exception reporting, and support special event staffing. Track and report fleet incidents, expenditures, and operational/compliance metrics; coordinate with Project Manager and TR; perform other contract-related administrative duties.
