Conduct federal background investigations by interviewing subjects and record sources, documenting findings, and preparing investigative reports for government and intelligence-community programs. The investigator travels within an assigned geographic area to workplaces, residences, and educational institutions, maintains relationships with government and law-enforcement representatives, and works flexible hours based on case availability. Occasional temporary duty assignments may require travel elsewhere. Work is performed from a home office and personal vehicle.

Provide administrative and project coordination support for training and operational programs, tracking scope, cost, schedule, staffing, documentation, compliance, vendor/subcontractor coordination, invoicing support, and customer/service liaison duties to ensure program requirements are met.

The Role Player assists in military training scenarios, performs unskilled tasks, and supports the Training Department while adapting to varied conditions.
