Conduct full-cycle recruiting for federal government contract positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding coordination. Build talent pipelines, manage multiple requisitions, assess clearances and qualifications, maintain compliant ATS records, and analyze recruiting metrics. Partner with hiring managers, Operations, Security, Human Resources, and business leaders to support workforce planning, surge hiring, contract startups, and process improvements. Represent the company at recruiting and veteran outreach events while ensuring OFCCP and federal contractor compliance.

Provide routine patrol and access control at Aerospace Chantilly, VA. Enforce access and property-control policies, conduct timed patrols, respond to incidents, prepare written reports, and perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs). Report to lieutenant/sergeant and complete required checks, training, and certifications. Must hold a current Top-Secret clearance and be eligible for SCI.

Provide armed security and patrols at a US Government facility, enforce site regulations, respond to routine and emergency incidents, stand posts for long periods in PPE, perform physical tasks and vehicle operation, and qualify semi-annually on firearms. Maintain alertness, follow safety protocols, and complete required testing and background checks.
