Administers procurement records, supplier compliance documentation, tracking systems, dashboards, and regulatory reporting. Verifies SAM.gov registrations, UEIs, and supplier eligibility; coordinates FFATA reporting and federally funded procurement documentation. Performs data quality reviews, audit support, records retention, and compliance monitoring while collaborating with procurement, finance, legal, contracts, and program teams. Supports process improvements, standard operating procedures, procurement system implementations, testing, and user training.

Leads full-lifecycle government capture efforts, including opportunity qualification, customer and stakeholder engagement, competitive analysis, teaming, pricing strategy, solution development, proposal support, win planning, and pipeline growth. The role manages capture campaigns for large domestic, intelligence community, and international opportunities while coordinating with proposal, marketing, pricing, and project teams.

Supports internal communications, public relations, content development, intranet updates, executive messaging, press materials, events, campaigns, presentations, proofreading, and project tracking. The intern collaborates with Human Resources and Marketing & Communications teams to strengthen employee engagement and the corporate brand.
