Designs, deploys, and supports highly available DevOps and platform environments. Responsibilities include Linux and Windows administration, system architecture, AWS and virtualization management, automated deployments using Jenkins, Bamboo, Docker, and Kubernetes, configuration management, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and database, caching, and search platform administration. The role requires collaboration with developers, testers, customers, project managers, and support teams in an Agile environment, along with active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph.

Leads multiple software development teams, designing, developing, integrating, debugging, testing, and maintaining complex software systems. Analyzes requirements, algorithms, databases, system performance, and interfaces; recommends technologies and process improvements; oversees quality control, documentation, installation, and operations support. Requires active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, U.S. citizenship, and 20 years of relevant software engineering experience.

Performs TechSIGINT signals analysis across COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and PROFORMA domains. Develops requirements, test plans, and training; collaborates with software developers and systems engineers on application design, testing, refinement, and user feedback. Requires extensive relevant experience, a technical bachelor’s degree, active TS/SCI clearance, and a recent polygraph. Must have experience with at least one specified legacy TechSIGINT application.
