Teams at Constellation Brands

Support development and execution of brand strategies to meet volume, profit, and share targets. Lead cross-functional teams and agency partners on campaigns, media, promotions, social and packaging initiatives. Perform business analysis, budget management, and optimize plans using internal and external data to drive brand performance.

Monitor and manage project financial and administrative activities from initiation through closure. Coordinate procurement and bidding, create and upload asset tables, track POs/invoices and forecasts, prepare KPI and status reports, supervise field activities, control scope changes, and ensure project quality and timely delivery.

Provide high-level administrative support to Supply Chain senior executives in Chicago: manage complex calendars, travel, expenses, and confidential correspondence; coordinate leadership and department meetings; support strategic cadences, PMOs, onboarding, reporting, and virtual file systems; partner cross-functionally to drive execution and streamline workflows.
