Provide FP&A support for Mexico City, San Antonio, and Swiss support offices: forecasting, annual and periodic planning, variance analysis, P&L preparation, billings/shipments impact, reporting automation, dashboards, cost-saving initiatives, and acting as finance business partner to support functions.

Lead implementation and lifecycle support of manufacturing-related digital applications (Quality, Manufacturing, Maintenance). Gather requirements, design, test, deploy, manage vendor teams, coordinate releases, ensure BI/reporting alignment, provide training and ongoing support to drive adoption and ROI.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures to ingest, store, and analyze industrial OT/IT data (PLC, SCADA, IoT). Ensure ETL/ELT processes, data quality, governance, and performance optimization to support OEE, KPIs, BI, and ML initiatives. Collaborate with engineering, data science, and BI teams across the full project lifecycle.
