Manage end-to-end recruitment for software engineering and product roles across APAC. Develop sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, conduct technical screenings, partner with engineering leaders, deliver strong candidate experiences, track recruitment metrics, and support employer branding. The role requires deep technical recruiting expertise, knowledge of APAC talent markets, strong stakeholder influence, and proficiency with sourcing tools and ATS platforms.

Lead and mentor an engineering team building the lending platform for loan origination, decisioning, servicing and arrears. Own technical strategy, architecture, correctness of lending calculations and auditability. Partner with product, risk, compliance and operations to deliver timely, resilient, and compliant SaaS features while driving engineering standards, hiring, and career development.

Lead operational risk and compliance for an AI-native banking cloud platform. Identify and assess risks, design controls, manage regulatory change, coordinate assurance (e.g., SOC 2), oversee third-party due diligence, drive remediation, and use AI tools to automate and scale risk and compliance workflows.
