Manage lending operations across the full loan lifecycle, including application triage, document validation, settlement coordination, post-settlement requests, and borrower or broker support. Follow SOPs to prepare decision-ready loan files, communicate with stakeholders, identify process friction, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve workflows through automation.

Manage the company’s financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, internal controls, statutory compliance, tax requirements, and audits. Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to senior leadership and the Board, identify risks and cost-saving opportunities, and support the organization’s financial health and growth.

Lead and mentor an engineering team building the lending platform for loan origination, decisioning, servicing and arrears. Own technical strategy, architecture, correctness of lending calculations and auditability. Partner with product, risk, compliance and operations to deliver timely, resilient, and compliant SaaS features while driving engineering standards, hiring, and career development.
