Manage end-to-end technical programs spanning product development and client implementations. Build roadmaps, establish delivery processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, align technical and non-technical stakeholders, manage scope changes, and support transitions from development through production and customer launch. Build and maintain dbt data models and Snowflake transformation pipelines supporting client, regulatory, and business reporting. Ensure data quality through testing, documentation, and validation; optimize SQL performance; troubleshoot live reporting issues; and collaborate with Product, Risk, Finance, Client Delivery, and engineering teams. Help establish modeling standards and contribute to code reviews, maintainability, and reliable analytics in a fast-paced startup environment.

Design and validate customer-focused solutions for an AI-native banking platform. Responsibilities include defining problems, shaping UX strategy, creating wireframes and prototypes, conducting usability testing, participating in design critique, collaborating cross-functionally, and producing detailed handoff materials. The role requires balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints while delivering high-quality visual and interaction design across multiple touchpoints.
