Leads roadway, multimodal, and intersection design work for transportation projects. Prepares design plans, specifications, cost estimates, and advanced calculations while ensuring compliance with standards and client requirements. Coordinates multidisciplinary design activities, provides technical guidance to junior staff, and supports quality control, scheduling, and project deliverables.

Provides technical leadership for transportation construction projects across Western Florida, guiding CEI teams from pre-construction through final acceptance. Responsibilities include contract compliance, quality assurance, document control, schedule and budget oversight, stakeholder communication, CPM schedule review, resolving contract challenges, project executive duties, and final estimate documentation. The role requires a PE license, substantial construction inspection experience, fieldwork, and coordination with owners, contractors, and regional leadership.

Leads Construction Engineering Inspection teams for transportation and infrastructure projects from pre-construction through final acceptance. Oversees contract compliance, budgets, schedules, document controls, quality assurance, stakeholder communications, progress meetings, CPM schedule reviews, project processes, contract issue resolution, and final estimate documentation. Works with transportation agencies, municipal owners, contractors, regional leadership, and administrative staff across Tennessee.
