Responsibilities include generating invoices, confirming inventory receipts, reconciling discrepancies, validating inventory costs, entering payable data, reviewing vendor statements, responding to vendor inquiries, and supporting accounting projects. The role requires accurate data entry, strong organizational and communication skills, deadline management, teamwork, and overtime availability during month-end close.

Generate advanced kitchen and closet designs, create complex cabinet and countertop quotes, schedule and assist customer showroom visits, prepare and revise plans for jobsite measures, complete accurate orders, and apply advanced customer service. May perform field measures and verify product acknowledgements to ensure order accuracy.

Manage multiple commercial countertop projects from design through installation: consult clients and contractors, create CAD/templates, update tracking systems, oversee sites, ensure timelines and quality, and assist with installs as needed.

Create complex kitchen and closet designs using 2020 and Studio software, produce countertop quotes with CKF Pro, schedule and manage customer appointments, prepare and revise jobsite measurements, complete accurate orders, and provide advanced customer service in a showroom environment.
