Manage twin-spindle, twin-turret machines with live tooling and bar feeders; create tooling lists, setup sheets, and first-article plans. Improve cycle times, surface finish, and tool life while programming tight tolerances and complex GD&T for aerospace and defense components. Maintain programs and documentation in response to engineering changes, customer updates, and corrective actions.

Own the master production schedule for a precision machine shop across multiple work centers, shifts, and outside processes. Analyze capacity, identify bottlenecks, maintain ERP routing and scheduling data, lead scheduling meetings, coordinate order changes and expedites, and track delivery and scheduling KPIs. Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions when schedules or delivery targets are missed.
