Teams at Console

The Product Designer will redefine IT operations, working autonomously with founders and customers to transform pain points into user-friendly designs. Must navigate ambiguity and manage all design aspects.

Design, build, and operate Console’s cloud and self-hosted infrastructure across AWS and Kubernetes. Own scalable core systems (graph, search, queueing, runtime), deployment models, observability, and enterprise-grade reliability, security, and operability. Partner with product, security, and customer teams to translate constraints into durable infrastructure improvements.

Lead and build Console's enterprise customer enablement function end-to-end: onboarding, training, documentation, self-serve resources, and metrics. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Forward Deployed Engineering to design scalable learning experiences, measure effectiveness, and iterate to drive adoption and retention for enterprise AI agents.
