Lead and build Console's enterprise customer enablement function end-to-end: onboarding, training, documentation, self-serve resources, and metrics. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Forward Deployed Engineering to design scalable learning experiences, measure effectiveness, and iterate to drive adoption and retention for enterprise AI agents.

The Sr. Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering and AI roles, collaborating with hiring managers to define candidate success, source candidates, and improve the recruiting process.

As a Deployment Strategist, you will lead AI deployments for enterprise customers by managing projects, building relationships, and ensuring successful implementations across various departments.
