Manage DataOps ticket queues and client data deletion workflows across review platforms and networks. Use SQL Server queries to identify work, prioritize tickets, troubleshoot issues, and develop repeatable process solutions. The role requires Windows administration, Excel and Word proficiency, basic PowerShell, and familiarity with electronic discovery, EDRM, Relativity, and Nuix.

Manage global intercompany accounting and consolidation for international entities. Review reconciliations, roll-forwards, cash flow statements, and analyses under US GAAP, IFRS, and internal controls. Support statutory and internal audits, maintain accounting policies, ensure regulatory filings and compliance, resolve complex accounting issues, and coordinate global teams and staff while meeting tight deadlines.

Leads the design, implementation, administration, and analysis of global compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, bonuses, pay structures, merit processes, salary surveys, benchmarking, and executive compensation. Advises HR and business leaders on pay decisions, compliance, equity, and incentive plans. Partners with Finance, Recruiting, and management, supports M&A due diligence, develops compensation communications and reporting, and manages confidential compensation data and processes.
