Leads enterprise organizational development initiatives focused on talent reviews, succession planning, high-potential employee development, leadership pipelines, organizational analytics, executive dashboards, assessments, coaching, and change initiatives. Partners with executives and business leaders to identify talent risks, strengthen bench capability, create development plans, and align people strategies with business priorities. Facilitates strategic meetings and communicates metrics, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders.

Provide technical oversight and coordination for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems from preconstruction through closeout. Review designs for constructability, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, support scheduling and commissioning, monitor construction progress, manage submittals/RFIs/change orders, troubleshoot system issues, and mentor project and field personnel to ensure systems meet plans, codes, and performance requirements.

Oversee construction project scheduling at designated sites, coordinating schedule planning, updates, communications, procurement planning, and time impact analysis. Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, trades, clients, architects, and contractors to keep projects aligned with contractual goals and timelines. Lead scheduling efforts, support project teams, and ensure consistent schedule reporting and field-office coordination.
