Lead and manage scheduling for construction projects, ensuring timely updates, coordination with field and office teams, and adherence to contract requirements. Oversee planning, progress tracking, Time Impact Analysis, and communication with superintendents, project managers, clients, and A/E representatives to drive schedule performance.

Lead MEP/FP technical oversight from preconstruction through closeout. Review and coordinate designs for constructability, monitor construction progress, manage submittals/RFIs/change orders, support commissioning/startup, evaluate subcontractor scopes and costs, troubleshoot systems, and mentor project teams to ensure MEP systems meet codes, specifications, schedules, and performance requirements.

Support financial administration of construction projects by processing AP, maintaining project budgets, preparing owner billings, reconciling intercompany transactions, assisting monthly cost reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies.
