Support Project Manager by overseeing project engineer, managing document control (RFIs, submittals, material tracking), coordinating subcontractors and design teams, assisting cost/change management, scheduling, closeout and safety processes, and mentoring project staff.

Lead large or multiple construction projects across full lifecycle: manage budget, schedule, risk, resources, safety, and stakeholder relations. Mentor and evaluate staff, support preconstruction and procurement, run meetings, oversee reporting/financials, and drive business development and profit optimization.

Provide technical MEP/FP oversight across preconstruction to closeout: review designs for constructability, coordinate with teams and subcontractors, monitor construction progress, manage submittals/RFIs/change orders, support commissioning/startup, troubleshoot systems, evaluate costs and risks, and mentor project and field staff.
