Provide MEP/FP technical oversight from preconstruction through closeout: review and coordinate designs for constructability, attend coordination meetings, evaluate subcontractors, monitor construction progress, manage submittals/RFIs/change orders, coordinate inspections/startup/commissioning, troubleshoot systems, and mentor project team members.

Lead project lifecycle for construction projects including budget, schedule, risk, staffing, procurement, change management, and closeout. Serve as primary client contact, mentor staff, manage project financials, coordinate with field teams, oversee project controls, and support business development and proposal efforts.

Design, build, and optimize the company lakehouse environment and ETL/ELT pipelines (Databricks/Azure/Fabric). Develop semantic models, governed metrics, data quality controls, monitoring, and CI/CD practices. Partner with business, security, and analytics teams to steward master data, implement governance and access controls, and enable reliable datasets for reporting and AI use cases.
