Supports HR operations through onboarding, employee support, engagement initiatives, HRIS record maintenance, recruitment coordination, benefits administration, internal communications, audit preparation, and process improvement projects. The intern serves as a resource for employee inquiries, handles confidential information, and assists with administrative tasks and HR compliance activities.

Purchases subcontractor and vendor services for construction projects. Defines trade scopes, solicits and evaluates bids, conducts vendor prequalification and risk analysis, awards work, prepares subcontracts and purchase agreements, and leads proposal and scope review meetings. Collaborates with estimators, project managers, and other personnel to complete procurement activities on schedule and within budget while maintaining vendor relationships.

Develops new business opportunities, manages client and industry relationships, evaluates markets, maintains the sales pipeline, leads proposals, and supports interviews for construction management opportunities. Builds networks with architects, developers, owners, and project managers; monitors public procurement portals; manages CRM updates; participates in industry organizations and trade shows; and leads business development meetings within the assigned territory.
