Lead and scale the WasteX program by managing multi-tiered teams, optimizing end-to-end operations and logistics, ensuring data integrity and compliance, serving as senior client escalation, building SOPs and automated workflows, mentoring future leaders, and proactively mitigating risks to preserve client milestones and satisfaction.

Manage utility invoice issues to prevent service disconnection: request payment extensions and expedited payments, verify postings, request missing invoices, pursue late fee removals, and follow up on disconnect notices.

Process and upload electronic utility invoices into the Capturis Billing application, map non-EDI data files, manage electronic templates, correct invoice inconsistencies, and communicate with providers about data changes to ensure accurate billing.
