Develops and maintains project, program, and construction schedules for large, multipackage projects using Primavera P6 and related tools. Performs critical path analysis, cost and resource loading, cash flow reporting, variance analysis, and risk identification. Reviews contractor schedule submissions, including baselines, progress updates, and time impact analyses, while preparing schedule reports for management and coordinating project phasing with stakeholders.

Provides administrative and clerical support for a client office, including reviewing construction documentation, standardizing records, preparing reports and government forms, processing project closeout correspondence, responding to inquiries, and maintaining digital and physical records. The role also supports data collection, document formatting, presentations, and daily office operations while requiring strong English and Spanish communication skills.

Manages project controls for capital programs by collecting and reconciling schedule, budget, cost, contract, and change-order data. Monitors project performance, identifies risks and trends, maintains reporting systems, supports master scheduling, and provides timely recommendations to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Coordinates planning and development teams, ensures data quality and compliance with contractual reporting requirements, and promotes collaboration among project stakeholders.
