Manage capital projects for food & beverage manufacturing from scoping through closeout. Coordinate engineering, vendors, scheduling, and commissioning. Track delivery of cost, energy, and emissions benefits against validated business cases, maintain energy-efficiency comparisons, and produce commissioning and closeout documentation.

Maintain resource-loaded Primavera P6 schedules for transmission, substation, and interconnection projects; forecast labor, contracts, and materials; manage cost/schedule data, reporting, and governance; support contract payment schedules, change orders, and construction readiness; coordinate with project teams, perform site visits, and ensure compliance with PG&E reporting and controls.

Lead and coordinate planning, design, and construction activities for small-to-mid capital projects. Manage cost, schedule, quality, contract administration, permits, and close-out. Perform field inspections, prepare estimates and reports, maintain client relationships, and support business development during preconstruction and construction phases.
