Supports the development, integration, testing, configuration, documentation, and deployment of software and hardware systems for transportation and transit clients. The role defines system interfaces, coordinates technical development tasks, manages configurations and requirements documentation, performs performance and reliability analysis, oversees customer deployments, and provides training and guidance to junior staff. This is a full-time, onsite position in Los Angeles.

Provides general administrative and clerical support, including organizing files, managing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings and visitors, liaising with vendors and building management, and assisting with local administrative processes and ad hoc office tasks.

Develop Power BI semantic models, dashboards, paginated reports, KPIs, and data models for client engagements. Build DAX, Power Query, SSRS, SSAS, and ETL solutions; validate data, tune performance, and support UAT. Gather requirements, manage deliverables across projects, present solutions to stakeholders, and document technical designs. The role focuses on project controls and capital program data, including costs, schedules, risks, forecasting, budgeting, and performance metrics.
