Remote First: You’ll be joining a team based all over the world. Providing the unique opportunity to work with people from across 6 continents.
Productivity Zero: Productivity Zero are optional rest & recharge days. Our only guiding principle is not to email/slack colleagues so that everyone can feel the full benefit of coming back to an empty inbox. We hold Productivity Zero days per quarter and two extended Productivity Zero weeks per year.
Productivity 10x: Productivity 10x are meeting free days we hold once a month on a Wednesday. We cancel all internal meetings to allow everyone to be 10x more productive! This applies to internal company meetings only and we leave it up to the discretion of our employees if they would like to continue meetings with external clients and vendors.
Internal hackathons: We run an annual org-wide Internal Hackathon. This includes a series of events, an internal hackathon and a workshop series to promote company culture, cross-pollinate ideas between ConsenSys products/projects and colleagues, and open up new ideas for the ecosystem. It’s also an opportunity for employees to build something with their colleagues, learn something new, and explore different areas of ConsenSys they wouldn’t normally work with on a daily basis.
DAO Days: As part of our Web3 Contribution Policy, we hold monthly DAO Days providing employees with allocated time to learn and find a comfort level with becoming a contributing member of a DAO.
Co-Working Spaces: Although we are a remote-first company we offer co-working passes for those who are not in a city with a ConsenSys office.
ConsenSys Offices: All employees have access to our various office locations.
Regional Holidays: We leave regional holidays to be taken up to the discretion of the individual. As we are a global business there are hundreds of holidays throughout the year, all we ask is that our employees communicate with their teams when they are observing.
