Own and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Salesforce marketing operations, including data hygiene, integrations, lead routing, segmentation, campaign QA, reporting, attribution, and dashboards. Build reliable marketing processes, maintain communications calendars, improve campaign performance, and implement AI-powered automations that increase efficiency and data quality. Partner with marketing and revenue leaders on lifecycle models, funnel definitions, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.

Own and exceed ARR quotas for mid-market SaaS accounts, build qualified pipelines, forecast revenue using MEDDPICC, lead complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, develop account plans, negotiate agreements, and close deals. The role also involves engaging senior financial-services decision-makers, partnering with commercial, solutions, and legal teams, and expanding customer relationships in the US market.
