Manage NetSuite and ERP implementation projects across scoping, planning, integrations, enhancements, data migration, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery. Analyze client business processes, identify improvement opportunities, develop solutions, mentor project teams, and support business development through client meetings, proposals, statements of work, and project estimates.

Provide operational support to Business Development and Sales Support Managers: Salesforce setup and administration, data entry, opportunity tracking, proposal/document preparation, event outreach, and campaign execution. Serve as flexible surge coverage, assist with SOWs, contracts, and reporting while learning sales operations to grow into a leadership role.

Manage and coordinate sales support across the full sales cycle, including SOWs, proposals, contract execution, Salesforce administration, reporting, and process improvements to enable Business Development teams and scale operations.
