Advises senior leaders on workforce planning, sourcing, assessment, and hiring decisions; modernizes recruiting through AI, automation, technology, data, and talent intelligence; strengthens employment branding and candidate experience; and oversees recruiting governance, systems, processes, reporting, and vendor management.
