Business Analyst supporting the Chief of Staff by coordinating cross-functional projects, platform upgrades, customer migrations, and client implementations. The role partners with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Operations, while producing executive-ready work for the ELT. Over time, responsibilities expand into business operations, analytics, and strategic initiatives.

Design and maintain automated test frameworks for APIs, web applications, databases, integrations, and distributed systems. Develop production-quality test code, validate data with SQL, integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, analyze failures, and support exploratory and release testing. Partner with engineering and product teams on quality strategy, improve testability and coverage, mentor quality engineers, and reduce repetitive manual regression through maintainable automation.
