Sell and service personal insurance accounts (home, auto, life, umbrella) to meet monthly and annual premium targets. Generate leads, maintain CRM pipeline, quote and negotiate with carriers, advise clients on coverage, ensure retention, coordinate with account managers, train and support team members, and maintain required Indiana Property & Casualty license.

Support Personal Lines Account Managers by processing endorsements and renewals, organizing carrier mail, entering data into Applied Epic, assisting billing and client correspondence, and providing customer service and underwriting support.
