Leads the talent acquisition function, including manpower planning, IT and technical recruitment, senior hiring, campus recruitment, agency management, and team leadership. The role coordinates with hiring managers, monitors recruitment metrics and timelines, manages candidate onboarding, prepares hiring reports, and resolves recruitment challenges to meet organizational staffing needs.

Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management and Recruiting modules across the full talent lifecycle. Responsibilities include identifying functionality gaps, supporting integrations, performing data loading and conversion with HDL and HSDL, developing Fast Formulas and OTBI reports, testing solutions, and providing client-facing consulting. The role requires participation in at least two implementations and may include production support, root-cause analysis, and coordination across technical and functional teams.

Manage end-to-end IT recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate engagement, salary and notice-period negotiation, background checks, reference verification, and onboarding. Use Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, and ATS tools to attract technical talent. Partner with hiring managers, maintain candidate records, communicate throughout the hiring process, and support joining formalities. Oracle ERP recruitment experience is preferred.
