Validates SKUs, pricing, quantities, vendor terms, condition, warranty, freight, and compatibility while tracking commitments through completion. Builds supplier relationships, negotiates commercial terms, identifies alternatives, protects margin and order accuracy, and improves sourcing, quoting, ordering, and workflow processes.

Leads customer discovery, solution design, pricing, and Scope of Work development for Managed Services. Translates business and technical requirements into executable delivery plans, coordinates cross-functional implementation teams, manages risks and customer communication, and ensures delivered services match commitments. Builds scalable playbooks, SOPs, workflows, integrations, and automation to improve efficiency and support growth while reducing manual work and implementation issues.
