Own and grow the wholesale mobile-device business by sourcing inventory, identifying buyers, negotiating profitable transactions, closing deals, and developing repeat relationships. Manage both buying and selling activities across wholesalers, distributors, brokers, refurbishers, retailers, and enterprise buyers. Monitor pricing, demand, margins, inventory turnover, and pipeline performance while partnering with procurement and operations. Improve workflows, systems, automation, and inventory movement to increase profitability and reduce aging stock.

Supports the CEO with calendar and email management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, agendas, notes, follow-up tracking, records, and confidential administrative tasks. Assists with LinkedIn content, newsletters, presentations, marketing calendars, events, and project coordination. The role requires strong organization, communication, initiative, discretion, multitasking, and willingness to learn executive support, marketing, and communications skills.

Manage and grow existing B2B accounts by increasing revenue and gross profit, retaining customers, reactivating inactive accounts, and improving satisfaction. Conduct proactive outreach, manage quotes and customer requests, coordinate issue resolution across internal teams, and sell device setup, management, support, and related services. Organize hundreds of contacts and follow-ups in HubSpot while responding quickly to urgent customer needs.
