Teams at Connections Academy

Support MTSS/RTI by designing and implementing Tier 1-3 interventions, monitor progress, facilitate SST/RTI meetings, train teachers, maintain documentation and compliance, and provide targeted Tier 3 instruction.

Lead and manage MN Connections Academy's Special Education department: ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, oversee special education instruction and services, supervise 12–15 staff, manage data and reporting, support audits and enrollment, coordinate with stakeholders and partners, lead professional development, and assist with IEP implementation and testing facilitation.

Deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 virtual literacy interventions using structured literacy and Science of Reading practices; monitor progress, analyze assessment data, participate in MTSS, collaborate with teachers and families, support schoolwide literacy initiatives, and assist with benchmarking and state testing support.
