Provides front-office and administrative support for a statewide virtual school and Boise office. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling calls and mail, coordinating events and meetings, maintaining inventories and records, entering and verifying student and staff data, supporting enrollment documentation, responding to families and partners, and protecting confidential information under FERPA and school policies.

The K-8 Assistant Principal supports the Principal in leading a statewide virtual school program. Responsibilities include supervising and coaching instructional staff, monitoring student achievement and engagement data, supporting literacy and school improvement initiatives, addressing student and family concerns, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating assessments, and contributing to school culture and leadership planning. The role is remote from Arkansas but requires travel for testing, events, professional development, and other school activities.

Leads a virtual high school’s academic program, staff, operations, student support, family engagement, compliance, and school improvement initiatives. Oversees instructional quality, MTSS/RTI, PBIS, testing, attendance, credit recovery, special education collaboration, staff recruitment and evaluation, budgets, reporting, community partnerships, and state requirements. Works with students, families, teachers, regulators, and centralized service teams to improve achievement and ensure successful graduation.
