Provide architecture oversight, enforce coding standards, develop/customize solutions (C#, .NET, WCF, SQL), mentor developers, support integrations, testing, upgrades, and client-facing delivery across complex manufacturing environments.

Provide frontline technical support for Connected Manufacturing products (Camstar/Opcenter MES), troubleshoot customer environments, manage cases via ServiceDesk, create knowledgebase content, escalate complex issues, participate in 24/7 shift rotation, and support deployments, data migrations, and regulated-industry customers.

Lead technical development for MES/MOM implementations using Opcenter/Camstar. Provide architecture oversight, hands-on C#/.NET development, integrations (WCF/Web Services/SQL), code quality enforcement, platform administration, client engagement, mentoring, and support for enterprise manufacturing deployments.
