Manage and oversee NDIS funding, billing and invoicing processes; support administration team and clinicians with funding queries; resolve rejected claims and payment issues; manage outstanding invoices and accounts receivable; improve NDIS billing processes and support other funding streams (private, Medicare, aged care).

Provide evidence-based psychological assessment and interventions to children and adults across telehealth, community and centre settings. Manage a varied caseload, complete timely documentation and reports, work within NDIS frameworks, assist with assistive technology assessments, meet company KPIs, attend supervision and professional development, and build relationships with stakeholders in a multidisciplinary team.
