Partners with business leaders on workforce planning, talent management, performance, succession, compensation, employee relations, organizational change, and employee engagement. Coaches managers, analyzes people data, supports hiring and organizational growth, collaborates across HR functions, and ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies. The role provides strategic people guidance while managing day-to-day HR priorities in a dynamic technology organization.

Serve as HR partner to business leaders: lead workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, compensation reviews, talent development, change initiatives, and HR compliance. Advise managers, analyze people data, and collaborate across HR functions to improve engagement and business outcomes.

Own mid-enterprise account expansion through upsell and cross-sell motions. Develop territory strategies, prospect actively, build pipeline, conduct discovery, align multiple stakeholders, and collaborate with core account executives, sales engineering, business development, RevOps, legal, and customer teams. The role requires exceeding sales and prospecting quotas while managing complex sales cycles and building strong customer relationships.
