Mentors multidisciplinary creative teams, collaborates with marketing and production stakeholders, uses performance insights to improve advertising creatives, and explores emerging formats, trends, and AI-powered tools.

Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, tracking, optimization, creator onboarding, relationship management, workflow improvement, performance analysis, and issue resolution. Coordinate with influencers and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables and efficient campaign operations without direct brand-side communication.

Manage influencer and celebrity relationships, coordinate schedules and campaign requirements, oversee campaigns from ideation through delivery, draft proposals, track progress, identify collaboration opportunities, support contracts and negotiations, coordinate content approvals, research trends, and assist with competitor analysis and performance tracking.
