Supports shoot planning and on-field production from setup through execution. Assists with camera, lighting, and audio equipment, coordinates schedules and logistics, and formats content for Reels, YouTube, and advertising deliverables. The role requires teamwork, organization, problem-solving, familiarity with production equipment, and willingness to work in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Leads the scriptwriting function for creator-first, digital content campaigns across multiple brands. Develops ideas and scripts for short-form video, reels, YouTube, integrations, and branded content; sets creative direction; manages and mentors writers; reviews and edits scripts; and ensures brand messaging feels natural. The role also requires monitoring social trends, adapting content to creators and audiences, and collaborating with brand partnerships, creative, and creator teams in a fast-paced agency environment.

Develop creator-first influencer marketing strategies for multiple brands, translating business objectives into campaign concepts, creator mixes, platform strategies, and commercially viable proposals. Lead pitch strategy, research consumer and social trends, collaborate with Brand Partnerships and sales, present strategic recommendations, and mentor junior strategists in a fast-paced agency environment.
