Support and supervise on-site special events by coordinating logistics, managing setup/breakdown, ensuring client satisfaction, performing security checks, handling administrative tasks, documenting issues, and maintaining event presentation. Provide visible point-of-contact for clients and collaborate with staff to deliver seamless event experiences during evenings and weekends.

Lead and supervise front-of-house staff during evening and weekend performances, ensure excellent guest experience, oversee cash handling and transactions, coordinate event readiness and safety, train and schedule staff, and resolve operational or guest issues during events.
