Deliver and implement ServiceNow solutions (ITSM/ITOM), configure and integrate products, develop custom scripts, produce technical documentation, run workshops/POCs, and support sales and service growth. Work is consultative with customer-facing delivery, both remote and on-premise.

Deliver ServiceNow implementations and integrations as a consultant, develop custom scripts, produce technical documentation, lead workshops/POCs, and support sales. Strong ITSM/ITOM and ITIL knowledge, scripting, web service, OS, networking and database skills required. Role is remote or on-site as needed.
