Provide case management and QIDP services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities: develop person-centered support plans, coordinate resources and meetings, train and schedule staff, ensure regulatory compliance, perform home visits, complete billing paperwork, and support recruitment and retention efforts. Up to 35% travel and occasional hands-on support in homes.
