The Registration Associate builds and manages conference registration websites in Cvent, maintains attendee records, processes updates and payments, responds to client and attendee inquiries, and creates registration reports and dashboards. The role reconciles post-event data with finance, coordinates with marketing, logistics, and technology teams, and provides onsite support including badge printing, check-in, and troubleshooting. Domestic travel of approximately 15–20% is required.
