Process and submit pharmacy claims, resolve denials and appeals, post payments and reconcile accounts. Support prior authorizations, assist patients with billing inquiries, ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid/VA/private payor rules and HIPAA, analyze billing trends, and collaborate with internal teams and payors to improve reimbursement and billing processes.

Review and reconcile charges and medical documentation to ensure complete, accurate charge capture and coding compliance. Collaborate with clinical and billing teams to correct billing errors, train staff, prepare revenue-cycle reports, implement process improvements, and maintain knowledge of coding rules, payer policies, and HIPAA requirements.
