Provide administrative and operational support to People, Marketing, IT, and Finance. Manage travel bookings, office facilities, suppliers, inventory, invoices, onboarding logistics, events, correspondence, and visitor reception to ensure smooth daily office operations.

Develop content curation strategies tailored to airline passenger profiles and regional trends. Select and manage film, TV, music, and special content for inflight entertainment systems. Use data insights to inform programming, negotiate content licenses, support SLAs/KPIs, and lead special projects and partnerships to innovate the in-flight experience.

Provide high-trust administrative support to the CEO and EVP, managing professional and personal calendars, complex domestic and international travel, expense tracking, confidential document management, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, office administration, and ad hoc executive projects while maintaining discretion and anticipating priorities.

Own day-to-day commercial account management for assigned airline/media clients, drive structured revenue growth, support forecasting and pricing, ensure client satisfaction, and liaise across Product, Delivery, Finance, and Operations.
