Provide high-trust administrative support to the CEO and EVP, managing professional and personal calendars, complex domestic and international travel, expense tracking, confidential document management, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, office administration, and ad hoc executive projects while maintaining discretion and anticipating priorities.

Own day-to-day commercial account management for assigned airline/media clients, drive structured revenue growth, support forecasting and pricing, ensure client satisfaction, and liaise across Product, Delivery, Finance, and Operations.

Manage day-to-day accounting across the Conetic Group, including general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, payment processing, AP/AR, month-end and year-end close support, financial reporting, and audit preparation. Support treasury and reporting functions, improve accounting processes and internal controls, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver accurate financial records and insights.
