Supports US revenue finance through business partnering, financial analysis, forecasting, P&L management, monthly close review, financial modeling, data architecture, reporting automation, and ad hoc analysis for finance leadership. The role consolidates data using Power Query, SQL, and Google Apps Script while delivering insights into business performance and revenue opportunities.

Analyze global digital audience and content data to produce recurring performance reports, exploratory analyses, and actionable insights. Build integrated views from social, SEO, email, and other sources; support content strategy and competitive analysis; respond to cross-functional data needs; and ensure data quality through troubleshooting, validation, and collaboration with governance, BI, engineering, and analyst teams.

Leads Conde Nast’s global diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement strategy across markets and brands. Oversees ERG governance, inclusive talent practices, engagement surveys, inclusion learning, reporting, KPIs, and annual D&I communications. Partners with senior executives on culture transformation, employee listening, succession planning, and equitable talent development. Requires expertise in D&I, organizational change, stakeholder management, analytics, crisis management, and cross-cultural leadership.
