Manage implementation, trafficking, pacing and optimisation of direct and programmatic guaranteed campaigns across display, video and email. Coordinate technical tag implementation, QA, vendor partners and troubleshoot delivery issues. Serve as primary operational contact for campaign execution, collaborate with sales, ad platforms and strategy teams, and report on performance versus KPIs.

Lead post-sale activation of branded content, experiential, social, and event campaigns. Serve as senior client lead from contract to wrap, quarterback cross-functional teams, manage program financials and scopes, develop account team members, drive renewals and upsells, and implement scalable activation workflows and process improvements.
