Provides first-line IT support to employees by documenting, diagnosing, and resolving basic issues involving desktops, applications, operating systems, and networks. Performs workstation installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventative care; escalates complex problems; communicates with vendors; and supports junior help desk technicians through guidance and documentation.

Designs, analyzes, prototypes, and tests mechanical and aerospace systems for defense and industrial applications. Creates CAD models and manufacturing drawings, performs stress analysis and tolerance stack-ups, leads prototype manufacturing and testing, evaluates results, and recommends improvements. Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and technicians; manages schedules, costs, and deliverables; and ensures compliance with GD&T, DoD standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
