Assists with multifamily community operations, including leasing, marketing, resident renewals, rent collections, compliance reporting, inspections, purchasing, accounting checklists, and resident issue resolution. Maintains occupancy and retention goals, coordinates with internal support teams, processes payments and documents, supports resident activities, and provides responsive customer service. The role may require evening, weekend, and unscheduled support.

Resolves resident concerns, monitors property performance, coordinates with internal support teams, and maintains operational documentation. The role requires property management experience, knowledge of LIHTC and Section 8 programs, Yardi Voyager proficiency, strong customer service, and flexibility for evenings or weekends.
