Lead one or more multifamily communities overseeing leasing, resident services, maintenance, budgeting, vendor management, and staff hiring/training. Ensure occupancy, curb appeal, financial performance, regulatory compliance (LIHTC/Section 8), rent collections, and use property-management software (Yardi/RealPage) for operations and reporting.

Lead all aspects of community property management: hire and coach staff, drive leasing and marketing to meet occupancy goals, manage budgets and rent collections, oversee maintenance and curb appeal, coordinate vendors/contractors, ensure LIHTC/Section 8 compliance, and complete month-end accounting and administrative tasks using Yardi/RealPage systems.
