Supports multifamily community operations through leasing, marketing, resident services, rent collection, reporting, compliance tracking, purchasing, inspections, and administrative tasks. Builds relationships with residents and prospects, resolves concerns, processes payments, coordinates move-ins and renewals, monitors property issues, and supports resident activities. Requires flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, and urgent community support.

Lead daily operations of a multifamily residential community: hire and coach staff, manage leasing/marketing, resident relations, rent collections, budgets, maintenance and vendor work, ensure property curb appeal and compliance (LIHTC/Section 8), and use Yardi/RealPage systems for financial and administrative tasks.

Lead and manage core HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, workers' compensation, HRIS administration, employee relations, compliance, and HR staff supervision. Provide hands-on support, cross-training, and operational coverage to ensure consistent, compliant HR service delivery and drive continuous improvement.
