Lead on-site property operations including leasing, marketing, staffing, resident relations, rent collections, vendor and maintenance oversight, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring curb appeal and regulatory compliance (LIHTC/Section 8).

Support Centralized Analytics by processing deposit accounting, move-ins, renewals, and credit adjustments in company systems. Reconcile billing, draft leases/addenda, scan/upload documents, and run daily/weekly/monthly reports to ensure standardized accounting and process compliance.

Lead and manage core HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, workers' compensation, HRIS administration, employee relations, compliance, and HR staff supervision. Provide hands-on support, cross-training, and operational coverage to ensure consistent, compliant HR service delivery and drive continuous improvement.
