Teams at Concierge Home Care

Develop referral partnerships with specialty physician practices, educate providers about home health eligibility and services, identify appropriate patients, coordinate referrals through admission, and drive territory growth. The role requires an active Florida RN or LPN license, healthcare sales experience, physician-office relationships, strong consultative selling skills, and daily local travel to healthcare partners.

Coordinates employee onboarding, orientation, documentation, system setup, compliance monitoring, chart audits, training follow-up, and HR administration. Troubleshoots HRIS, LMS, and EMR systems, responds to employee questions, supports reporting and acquisitions, and assists with staff meetings and organizational activities. The role is fully onsite in Sarasota, Florida, with a Monday-Friday schedule.
