Teams at Concho Health & Rehabilitation Center

Provides direct nursing care to residents, administers medications and treatments, implements care plans, transcribes physician orders, documents assessments, and coordinates shift communication. The Charge Nurse guides nurse aides, educates support staff, maintains infection-control and safety standards, responds to emergencies, and addresses staffing needs. Candidates must be licensed RNs or LVNs in good standing with strong assessment, documentation, communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
