Assemble and deliver meal trays and carts; prepare and portion meals following menus and recipes; rotate and deliver supplies; sanitize dishes and equipment; dispose of refuse per policy; maintain cleanliness and food safety; work cooperatively and reliably to support resident satisfaction.

Lead nursing shifts by supervising nurse aides, administering medications, implementing care plans, performing treatments, transcribing orders, documenting resident care, participating in shift reports, educating staff, maintaining safety and infection-control standards, and coordinating staffing replacements as needed.
