Design, generate, and validate engineered mammalian cell lines (reporter, knock-out/knock-in, overexpression) using CRISPR and integrating expression systems. Optimize transfection/transduction, clonal isolation, genotyping, and readouts (flow cytometry, PCR, sequencing, imaging). Support differentiation experiments and collaborate across teams to monitor and improve cell fate transitions.
