Leads Career Services staff and daily operations while supporting employment, skill development, community participation, and individual goals for adults with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include hiring, supervision, training, scheduling, documentation, billing, compliance, job coaching, career planning, employer partnerships, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The role promotes person-centered services, independence, inclusion, and meaningful community-based opportunities while assuming department leadership when the Director is absent.

Provides case management and career support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Builds relationships with individuals, families, and interdisciplinary teams; coordinates service planning, assessments, documentation, referrals, and ISP meetings; monitors support plans; assists with intake and orientation; provides direct job-site support; and transports individuals to work or community activities when needed.

The Day Program Case Manager coordinates services for individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring personalized care and support while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

The ILS Mentor teaches life and social skills to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to manage their Individual Support Plans and assisting with daily living activities while ensuring their health and welfare.

Respite Providers support individuals with developmental disabilities by assisting families to provide temporary care, allowing caregivers a break. Responsibilities include engaging participants, maintaining documentation, ensuring rights are upheld, and providing personal care tailored to individual needs.

Lead development of community-based work, recreation, and life-skills activities for adults with developmental disabilities. Split role between case management, staff supervision/training, administrative duties, and providing direct care/coverage for groups. Participate in planning meetings and advocate for individual goals.
