The Director of Nursing oversees the nursing department, leads the nursing staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners on quality improvement initiatives.

Provide regional leadership and operational oversight for multiple skilled nursing and senior living facilities. Support facility leaders, ensure regulatory compliance, drive quality, census growth, financial performance, and resident satisfaction. Mentor leadership, analyze operational reports, support surveys/audits, and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and outcomes.
