Lead the RMF/ATO lifecycle for a DoD software modernization initiative, maintaining authorization packages, security documentation, risk assessments, POA&Ms, and continuous monitoring artifacts. Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediation using enterprise security tools, enforce NIST, DoD, cloud, and DISA STIG requirements, and support Agile/DevSecOps deployments. Provide secure architecture guidance, incident response, audit support, stakeholder reporting, and cybersecurity risk insights while collaborating with ISSMs, technical teams, government representatives, and Authorizing Officials.

Develop and deploy business intelligence applications for a U.S. Air Force financial platform across development, testing, integration, and production environments. Design and optimize Informatica ETL pipelines, Oracle databases, SQL and PL/SQL processes, data warehouses, BI semantic layers, and SAP integrations. Support Agile delivery, budgeting integrations, monitoring, interface changes, and security hardening. The role also requires Oracle APEX, WebLogic, HTTP Server, performance tuning, and collaboration on data-related issues.

Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 user support for the KDSS platform, serves as the initial contact for user issues, escalates complex problems, engages functional subject-matter experts, runs status calls, and supports system testing, documentation, and technical writing within a Scrum team.
