Maintain and optimize Oracle databases supporting federal Web/Oracle systems in AWS. Responsibilities include database configuration, performance monitoring, backups and restoration, replication, schema management, release and testing support, firewall coordination, STIG compliance, audit support, and developing infrastructure-as-code solutions. The role requires Oracle DBA, PL/SQL, AWS RDS, database replication, and security compliance experience, along with a Secret clearance and Security+ CE or CCNA Security certification.

Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, queries, APIs, and database integrations for CEMS sustainment. Optimize database performance, troubleshoot issues, support deployments and migrations, collaborate with application and data teams, and document database structures and standards. The role requires active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship, with experience in Oracle replication and AWS or OCI technologies.

Lead the RMF/ATO lifecycle for a DoD software modernization initiative, maintaining authorization packages, security documentation, risk assessments, POA&Ms, and continuous monitoring artifacts. Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediation using enterprise security tools, enforce NIST, DoD, cloud, and DISA STIG requirements, and support Agile/DevSecOps deployments. Provide secure architecture guidance, incident response, audit support, stakeholder reporting, and cybersecurity risk insights while collaborating with ISSMs, technical teams, government representatives, and Authorizing Officials.
