Serve as the day-to-day client lead and PM across integrated accounts, managing timelines, workflows, deliverables, approvals, and cross-functional teams. Maintain project plans, track progress, flag risks, support budgeting and account growth, mentor juniors, and improve processes to ensure clear communication, organization, and on-time delivery.

Lead and grow a $2-4M entertainment client portfolio focused on Key Art/Print, owning full project lifecycles, client relationships, pipeline, billing, and cross-discipline expansion into Social and AV. Drive revenue against a $2-3M target, manage SOWs and estimates, collaborate with creative teams, and develop multi-discipline pitches to retain and expand accounts.

Lead new business and client expansion for the New Media practice by identifying opportunities across entertainment, streaming, gaming, sports, and consumer brands; build senior relationships, maintain a qualified pipeline, support pitches and proposals, represent the agency at industry events, and contribute to strategic growth goals.
